AI Vocal Expert is a biometric authentication platform that uses a combination of voiceprint analysis and facial recognition to provide multi-factor, liveness-verified access control.
The system processes audio and video streams in real time, extracts deep neural embeddings, and compares them against stored templates — delivering a fraud score in under 350ms with a false-acceptance rate below 0.01%.
The Challenge
Traditional password and OTP systems were failing against sophisticated phishing attacks. The client needed a frictionless yet ironclad authentication method that worked across devices and poor network conditions.
Our Solution
We trained a custom transformer-based speaker verification model on 10,000+ hours of diverse voice data, integrated with a CNN face liveness detector. The WebRTC frontend captures streams at 16kHz for high-accuracy inference even on mobile.
