A complete visual identity overhaul for a Series-B startup — new logo, design system, motion guidelines, and a rebranded product UI.
This project was a full end-to-end brand transformation for a SaaS startup that had outgrown its initial identity. We took them from a forgettable startup logo to a cohesive, enterprise-grade visual language that builds trust at first glance.
Deliverables included a master logo suite, a 120-page brand guidelines document, a Figma component library of 300+ components, and a redesigned product interface rolled out across web and mobile.
The startup had raised a Series B but still looked like a side project. Investors and enterprise prospects were hesitant to commit, citing a lack of perceived maturity in the brand.
We ran a 2-week brand sprint to define positioning, archetype, and voice. Then translated that strategy into a premium visual identity: a refined wordmark, a warm-dark colour palette, and a meticulous design system implemented in Figma and Storybook.
